Our Name, Our Promise
A cat does not rush. It watches, measures, and moves with complete economy -- no wasted motion, no second-guessing. When it lands, it lands exactly where it intended. That is the standard we hold ourselves to.
We build injection molds the same way: deliberate in the design phase, precise in the cutting, patient through every trial shot. A mold is not just a piece of steel -- it is the beginning of every product our customer will ever sell. That is not a line we say at the start of a project and forget. It is the reason we run a full CMM dimensional report before any tool leaves our dock, and the reason every DFM report carries the name and direct contact of the engineer responsible for your steel.
Our factory is in Xixiang, Bao'an District, Shenzhen. The engineers who review your drawings are the same people who program the CNC machines and sign the CMM reports. There is no intermediate layer of account managers translating your requirements into something the factory might understand.
Cats always land on their feet. And we always stand behind every mold we ship.
§ 02
Three Verifiable Promises
ENGINEER-LED
Your drawing goes to the engineer, not the salesperson.
Your drawing goes straight to the engineer who cuts the steel, not to a salesperson with a script. Every DFM and mold-flow report is signed by a named engineer on your project. Technical questions answered within 24 hours, across time zones.
REPORT-VERIFIED
Nothing ships until you approve on paper.
A full CMM dimensional report in English (GD&T, measured value against drawing tolerance, item by item), the raw CMM data file so your quality engineer can rebuild the report himself, plus a timestamped continuous trial video carrying your mold number. You sign off before we ship.
LIFE-OF-TOOL ACCOUNTABILITY
We don't sell you a block of steel and walk away.
Every quotation is broken down to steel grade, mold life, cavitation, cycle time and revision rules, with no hidden cost. Spare parts ship with the tool, lifetime mold support, and reserved capacity for your production runs.
"ACAT Mold is engineer-led, report-verified, and accountable for the full life of your tool."

What We Do
Four service areas, one factory, one engineering team. Every program runs from DFM through delivery under the same roof.
Mold Design & Free DFM
Before a single block of steel is ordered, we review your part geometry for draft angle, undercuts, wall thickness uniformity, gate location, and venting. The DFM report is annotated, in English, and signed by the engineer responsible for your tool. Mold-flow simulation screenshots are included when fill pattern or warp risk warrants it.
DFM report delivered within 24 h of file receiptPlastic Injection Mold Making
Mold steel: P20 / 718H / NAK80 / S136 / H13. Mold bases and standard components: LKM / DME / HASCO. Hot runner systems: YUDO / HASCO / INCOE. Mold life range: 100K - 1M+ shots, documented in the quotation. Single cavity, multi-cavity, family molds, 2K overmolding, and insert molding. Dimensional tolerance to ±0.01 mm.
Full spare-parts list ships with every toolInjection Molding, Secondary Operations & Assembly
Production molding in-house, from prototype volumes through mass production. Secondary operations include painting, silk-screen printing, laser marking, and ultrasonic welding. Full sub-assembly and packaging available. DDP air freight to North America and Europe in 5-7 days; ocean freight available.
Reserved production capacity available on contractOne Group, Two Technologies
Sister brand ACAT Tech covers aluminum and zinc die casting. When your assembly combines plastic housings with die-cast brackets or heat sinks, both can be delivered by the same engineering team under a single project schedule.

Business Model & Terms
ACAT Mold is a factory-direct custom manufacturing partner for European and North American product teams -- not a trading company, not a catalog supplier, and not a retail channel.
We work with product design owners and their authorized buyers. Our model is OEM build-to-print plus joint development: where your 3D data is incomplete, we handle reverse engineering, part design and DFM before a single block of steel is cut.
We do not offer white-label stock parts, we never re-cut a customer's mold for a second buyer, and we do not sell into our customers' markets.
We turn down three kinds of projects:
Lowest-price bids, orders with no 3D data, and requests to sell your geometry to a second buyer.
