Three milestones, in sequence.
- < 24 h DFM feasibility read and an itemized quotation: steel grade, cavitation, mold life, cycle time, included revisions. No hidden line items.
- 48-72 h If your 3D data is incomplete, one focused list of exactly what we still need -- never a stream of follow-up emails asking for updates.
- Weekly Once steel is cut: progress photos and video from the same camera position, each carrying your mold number and a date. Delays reported the week they happen, with a solution attached.
How your geometry is treated.
- NDA signed before any file exchange, if you want one.
- Files stay on our internal network; your geometry is never re-cut for a second buyer.
- If you are a shop or integrator using us as capacity, we will not contact your end customer -- in writing.
- You can ask for your files back at any time, including the mold drawings.

- 3D file (STEP / IGES / X_T) -- a photo or a sample works too
- 2D drawing with the critical dimensions and GD&T called out
- Material grade, plus flame retardant requirement if any
- Annual volume and total volume over the life of the tool
- Surface finish (SPI or VDI class, textured or polished)
- Mold standard you prefer (LKM / DME / HASCO mold base, hot-runner brand)
